PREAMBLE

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between **Atlas Diligente, Lda**, with headquarters at **Rua Dr. Sousa Meneses s/n, Angra do Heroísmo, Portugal**, tax identification number **515829005**, and contact **351-918479095**, hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY,” and individuals wishing to make purchases through the website **www.mythica.pt**, hereinafter referred to as the “User.”

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website **www.mythica.pt** shall be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

1. These general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all necessary information to the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment, and delivery modalities of purchases made on the website **www.mythica.pt**.

2. These conditions regulate all necessary steps for placing an order and ensure the order’s follow-up between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING

1. The User completes their order by following the purchasing process presented on the website **www.mythica.pt**, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to purchase to the shopping cart.

2. To submit their order, the User must:
– Register on the website **www.mythica.pt**, providing the requested information.
– Log in (providing an email and password combination chosen during registration).
– Complete the information and choose the options available throughout the checkout process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax identification number and name for invoicing purposes).

3. The User’s final confirmation of the order is equivalent to full acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only applicable terms to the contract thus concluded.

4. The COMPANY will honor online orders only within the available stock limits. If a product is unavailable, the COMPANY commits to informing the User as soon as possible.

5. The details provided on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with modifications.

6. Order requests are valid for **four (4) business days**, except for orders placed under a promotional campaign with a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received within the specified period, the order will not be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

1. On the website **www.mythica.pt**, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods:
   a) Bank Transfer.
   b) Payment via PayPal.
   c) Payment via Credit Card.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

1. Orders will be delivered within **48 business hours** after the order request is validated, with the possibility of a different timeframe by agreement between the COMPANY and the User.

2. Shipping costs apply to orders.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

1. Prices are in **Euros, including taxes**. Taxes and duties will be included during checkout and before payment, considering the VAT rate applicable at the time of order payment.

2. If there is a price increase for any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be sent in writing to the email **geral@mythica.pt**, within **15 days after the order**, and the COMPANY will respond with cancellation or return instructions using the same communication method.

2. Whenever possible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership for the refund to be processed via Bank Transfer.

3. The COMPANY commits to refunding the User within a maximum period of **30 days**.

4. Returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, meaning they must be in the same condition as received, without any anomalies or damage.

5. If the value of exchanged products in an order is lower or higher than the original value, the COMPANY will provide instructions on how to proceed.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with **data protection legislation**. The data will be processed electronically and stored in the COMPANY’s database(s) for the purposes of registration, product and service promotion, and institutional communication. Providing this data is optional, and Users are guaranteed, under the law, the right to **access, correct, and delete** any data concerning them, either personally or in writing, by contacting the address available on the homepage of this website.
